Trade Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is REDE BRICKS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, trading as REDe Bricks, ABN 19 631 889 426, of 61A Clifford Street, Maddington WA 6109 (REDe Bricks or Promoter).

2. Acceptance of These Terms
By submitting an invoice for registration, the entrant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Participation is also subject to REDe Bricks’ ordinary terms of sale. If there is an inconsistency concerning administration of this promotion or provision of a prize, these promotion Terms and Conditions apply to the extent of that inconsistency.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion commenced on 7/08/2026 AWST and is currently ongoing, subject to these Terms and Conditions (Promotion Period).
REDe Bricks intends to continue the promotion for as long as it remains commercially sustainable and receives sufficient community support. The promotion will not continue for more than 12 months from its actual commencement date.
The Promotion Period will end on the earlier of:
-
the date on which an approved closure takes effect; or
-
11:59 pm AWST on the date falling 3 months after the actual commencement date.
The promotion will be reviewed after the first winner has been selected. Following that review, REDe Bricks may continue the promotion under these Terms and Conditions, seek prior written regulatory approval to vary these Terms and Conditions, or seek prior written approval to close the promotion and subsequently launch a new promotion.
No change will take effect unless any required approval has been obtained and the change has been published at www.redebricks.com.au/members.
Unless otherwise directed by the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia, a change will not invalidate an accepted entry or remove an entrant from an existing draw group.
4. Purpose of the Promotion
REDe Bricks is a Western Australian family-owned supplier of traditionally manufactured clay bricks and genuine recycled heritage bricks.
The promotion is intended to assist home building and renovation, support the supply of quality clay bricks into the Western Australian housing market and encourage other businesses to give back to their communities.
No charitable donation or tax-deductible contribution is created by entering or purchasing bricks.
5. Eligible Entrants
Entry is open to:
-
individuals who are at least 18 years old
The entrant must be the purchaser named on the relevant REDe Bricks invoice or an authorised representative of that purchaser.
Purchases made principally for wholesale distribution, stockholding or resale are not eligible.
Employees, directors and officers of REDe Bricks, their immediate family members, persons directly involved in administering the promotion, and the person conducting or supervising a draw are not eligible.
An immediate family member means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live at the same address.
6. Qualifying Purchase
A Qualifying Purchase is a single accepted order from REDe Bricks that:
-
was placed and invoiced on or after the actual commencement date and during the Promotion Period;
-
contains at least 4,000 Qualifying Bricks under one REDe Bricks invoice or order number;
-
is for a residential building or renovation project situated in Western Australia; and
-
has had any required deposit paid.
Qualifying Bricks means new manufactured clay building bricks identified by REDe Bricks as participating products.
Brick tiles, pavers, seconds, samples, delivery charges, pallets, bricklaying, installation, sealers, merchandise and accessories do not count towards the 4,000-brick minimum unless expressly identified by REDe Bricks as eligible before purchase.
The full-size brick quantity recorded on the REDe Bricks invoice is the controlling eligibility test. Any reference to an approximate wall area is general guidance only and does not determine eligibility.
A customer receives one entry for each separate Qualifying Purchase, irrespective of the number of bricks purchased above 4,000.
An order cannot be divided, duplicated or re-invoiced to obtain additional entries. Multiple invoices forming part of one order may be treated as one Qualifying Purchase.
The price charged for a Qualifying Purchase will be REDe Bricks’ normal applicable price and will not be increased because of participation in the promotion.
7. REDe Brickie Account
A valid REDe Brickie member account is required to register a purchase in the promotion.
REDe Brickie membership is free. There is no additional charge to create an account, register an invoice or participate in the promotion.
REDe Brickie membership may also provide access to the member forum, discounts, news and other offers. These benefits are separate from this promotion and do not provide additional entries or improve a member’s chance of winning.
Consent to receive general marketing communications must be optional and separate from account creation and giveaway registration.
8. How to Enter
To apply for entry, an eligible purchaser must, during the Promotion Period:
-
create a REDe Brickie account or log into an existing account;
-
enter the REDe Bricks invoice or order number for the Qualifying Purchase;
-
confirm that the member is the purchaser or is authorised to act for the purchaser;
-
accept these Terms and Conditions
Creating a REDe Brickie account does not, by itself, constitute entry. The member must separately register an eligible invoice through the giveaway form.
Each invoice or order number may be registered only once and cannot be registered through multiple member accounts.
A member may submit a separate registration for each separate Qualifying Purchase, provided each invoice independently satisfies these Terms and Conditions.
For joint purchases, the purchasers must nominate one member account and one entrant to represent the purchase.
9. Verification and Entry Numbers
Submission of an invoice number is an application for entry and does not immediately confirm eligibility.
REDe Bricks will verify:
-
the invoice or order number;
-
the purchaser’s identity or authority;
-
the participating brick products;
-
the qualifying brick quantity;
-
payment of any required deposit; and
-
the status of the order.
The information in the member account must reasonably correspond with the purchaser information held by REDe Bricks. Where an invoice is issued in a business name, REDe Bricks may request evidence that the member is authorised to register it.
Once verified, the registration will receive a unique entry number. Its position in the draw sequence will be determined by the original online submission timestamp, not the time taken by REDe Bricks to complete verification.
Where two submissions have the same recorded timestamp, their order will be determined by their automatically generated registration numbers.
Incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent, cancelled, refunded or otherwise ineligible registrations will be rejected.
REDe Bricks may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility. Failure to provide that information within 14 days may result in rejection of the registration.
The member will receive an on-screen or email acknowledgement when an application is submitted and a further notification when it has been verified or rejected.
10. Groups of 20 and Chances of Winning
Verified registrations will be placed, in original submission-timestamp order, into consecutive draw groups of 20.
One winner will be randomly selected from every complete group of 20 verified purchase and registrations.
The first draw will take place after the first 20 registrations have been verified. REDe Bricks will then review the popularity, operation and commercial sustainability of the promotion.
Unless REDe Bricks publishes an approved variation or closure notice, registrations will continue to be accepted and allocated to consecutive groups of 20 under these Terms and Conditions.
If the promotion closes while an incomplete group remains, one winner will be drawn from that incomplete group unless an applicable regulatory approval specifies another fair arrangement.
Each verified registration therefore has at least a one-in-20 chance of winning.
Entries that do not win within their allocated group will not be transferred into another group or a later promotion.
11. Prize
Maximum prize per winner: $25,000 including GST.
Each winner will receive a credit or reimbursement equal to the amount actually charged for the Qualifying Bricks on the winning invoice, inclusive of GST and after all applicable discounts, up to a maximum prize value of $35,000 including GST.
The prize does not include:
-
delivery charges;
-
pallets or packaging;
-
bricklaying or installation;
-
accessories, sealers or merchandise;
-
other non-qualifying products; or
-
any amount exceeding $35,000 including GST.
If the winning invoice has not been paid in full, the prize will be applied as a credit against the outstanding invoice.
If the eligible brick component has already been paid, REDe Bricks will reimburse that amount, up to the $35,000 limit, by electronic funds transfer or another payment method agreed with the winner.
The prize cannot exceed the amount actually charged for the Qualifying Bricks and is not transferable to another purchaser, invoice or project.
The winner is responsible for obtaining their own advice concerning any tax, accounting or contractual consequences of receiving the prize.
12. Effect of Cancellation or Reduction of an Order
An entry will become invalid if, before the prize is provided:
-
the order is cancelled or refunded;
-
the qualifying brick quantity is reduced below 4,000 bricks;
-
a required payment is reversed or dishonoured;
-
the invoice is found to have been registered without the purchaser’s authority; or
-
the purchase is otherwise found not to satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
If a provisional winner becomes ineligible, a replacement winner will be drawn from the remaining valid entries in the same draw group.
A reduction that leaves at least 4,000 Qualifying Bricks will not invalidate the entry, but the prize will be limited to the reduced amount actually charged for the Qualifying Bricks.
13. Draw Timing
A draw will be arranged after each group of 20 registrations has been verified.
Each draw will take place within after the relevant group is completed, subject to Curtin FM programming and venue availability.
Any final incomplete-group draw will be conducted within one month after the end of the Promotion Period.
Draw dates, approximate times and locations will be published at www.redebricks.com.au/members where reasonably practicable.
14. Draw Procedure
Each verified registration in the relevant group will be represented by an identical paper slip displaying only its unique entry number.
The slips will be folded identically, placed in an opaque container and thoroughly mixed. One slip will then be selected at random.
The draw will be conducted or supervised by an independent community representative acting as draw chairperson. The chairperson must not be employed by REDe Bricks and must not be an entrant in the relevant draw.
A REDe Bricks representative will verify the selected entry number against the secure digital register.
Where practicable, draws will be:
-
a. conducted publicly;
-
held at or in association with Curtin FM;
-
broadcast or announced on Curtin FM; and
-
photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded for integrity purposes.
A broadcast must describe the prize and direct listeners to the full Terms and Conditions.
A draw remains valid if a broadcast is delayed, interrupted or unavailable, provided the random draw is otherwise conducted and recorded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
If Curtin FM is unavailable, REDe Bricks may conduct the draw at another suitable public venue under the supervision of an independent community representative. Updated location details will be published on the REDe Bricks website.
15. Winner Notification and Publication
All winners are provisional until their eligibility has been finally confirmed.
REDe Bricks will attempt to notify each provisional winner by telephone and email within two business days after the draw.
Subject to verification, the winner’s first name, surname initial and suburb or business name may be:
-
announced on Curtin FM;
-
published on the REDe Bricks website; and
-
published through REDe Bricks’ social-media channels.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that these limited identifying details may be used to report the promotion result.
Any photograph, interview, testimonial, radio appearance, television appearance or other promotional participation by a winner requires the winner’s separate consent.
16. Claiming a Prize
A provisional winner must respond to REDe Bricks and provide any reasonably requested eligibility or payment information within 28 days after notification.
If a provisional winner:
-
cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts;
-
does not claim the prize within 28 days;
-
declines the prize; or
-
is found to be ineligible,
REDe Bricks will conduct a replacement random draw from the remaining valid entries in the same draw group.
The replacement draw will use the same random-draw procedure and, where practicable, will be publicly witnessed or broadcast.
17. Draw and Integrity Records
REDe Bricks will maintain a secure digital promotion register recording:
-
each registration and original submission timestamp;
-
the corresponding member account and invoice or order number;
-
eligibility verification and any rejected or duplicate registration;
-
the unique entry number;
-
the draw group to which the entry was allocated;
-
each draw’s date, time, location and supervising representative;
-
the selected entry number and verification outcome;
-
any replacement draw; and
-
the prize credit or reimbursement provided.
REDe Bricks will retain promotion and draw records for at least 12 months after the relevant draw and make them available to an authorised regulatory officer or police officer where required by law.
Paper slips, photographs, recordings and chairperson certifications may also be retained as evidence of draw integrity.
18. Privacy
REDe Bricks will collect personal information to:
-
create and administer REDe Brickie accounts;
-
verify purchases and promotion eligibility;
-
allocate draw groups;
-
conduct and record draws;
-
contact and verify winners;
-
provide prizes;
-
publish limited winner information; and
-
comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Information may be disclosed to Curtin FM, the independent draw chairperson, website and technology service providers, professional advisers, payment providers and regulators where reasonably necessary.
Personal information will not be disclosed for an unrelated purpose except with consent or where required or authorised by law.
Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting info@redebricks.com.au.

19. Technical Problems and Invalid Entries
REDe Bricks is not responsible for an entry that is not received because of an internet, device, email or website failure outside its reasonable control.
If the member receives no submission acknowledgement, the member should contact REDe Bricks before the Promotion Period closes.
REDe Bricks may reject or investigate registrations reasonably suspected of being:
-
duplicated;
-
manipulated or automated;
-
fraudulent;
-
submitted using false information; or
-
otherwise inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
REDe Bricks will not reject a valid entry merely because of a minor technical or typographical error that can reasonably be corrected and does not affect eligibility or draw integrity.
20. Review, Variation and Closure
REDe Bricks may review the popularity, operation and commercial sustainability of the promotion after the first winner has been selected.
Once the promotion has commenced, REDe Bricks will not amend these Terms and Conditions, cancel the promotion or withdraw it without obtaining any prior written approval required from the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia.
Subject to that approval, REDe Bricks may vary or close the promotion if it becomes commercially unsustainable, receives insufficient participation or is affected by circumstances outside REDe Bricks’ reasonable control.
Any approved variation or closure will be published at www.redebricks.com.au/members. Unless otherwise required by the Commission, an approved change will not adversely affect registrations already verified or entries already allocated to a draw group.
21. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
22. Decisions and Disputes
REDe Bricks’ reasonable decisions concerning eligibility verification, duplicate registrations, allocation of entries and administration of the promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
An entrant who believes an error has occurred should contact REDe Bricks at info@redebricks.com.au with their member details, invoice number and an explanation of the issue.
REDe Bricks will review the matter against its sales and promotion records and respond within a reasonable period.
23. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Western Australia.
